Skills Connect is a collaborative initiative developed with enterprise to strengthen cross-sector employability and support individuals whose jobs have been displaced. It provides a range of free, tailored upskilling and training programmes designed in partnership with industry to help people re-enter the workforce with confidence. Whether you’re a business owner seeking access to skilled talent, or a professional ready to explore new career opportunities after job loss, Skills Connect bridges the gap between enterprise and people.

South West Gnó Skillnet supports the workforce development needs of businesses within the Kerry region.
