This100-hour Level 1 programme will teac h students foundational coaching skills and is ideal for leaders\, manager s and those who aspire to become professional coaches.\n\nUsing a blend of classroom and self-paced learning\, participants will develop the necessa ry skills and competencies to be an effective professional coach.\n\nMaste r Certified and Professional Certified coaches will guide students through an experiential learning experience. Each day\, students will not only le arn how to be a coach but will also practice and develop their coaching sk ills. In addition\, each participant receives individual feedback and obse rvation at each stage to help them grow and excel.\n\nThe International Co aching Federation is currently introducing changes to its accredited train ing and coach credentialing process. Our programme is currently undergoing accreditation as a Level 1 training programme.\n\nThis means that partici pants who successful graduate from the programme will be able to apply to the ICF for an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential once they have l ogged 100 hours of coaching experience.\n\nFormat\nEach module is delivere d via Zoom. The entire programme\, including the final evaluations\, will take around 6 - 7 months to complete.\n\nBetween each module there will ad ditional self-paced learning activities as well as peer coaching practice. \n\nWhat’s included\nA total of 100 training hours split between 69 hour s of synchronous learning and 31 hours of asynchronous learning.\nThis wil l include prep work for each module\, watching demos\, reading\, peer coac hing\, journalling\, answering multiple choice quizzes and reflected essay s/assignments.\n\nAlso included is 10 hours of coach mentoring\, with thre e hours of mentoring being delivered on an individual basis.
