Programme Aims & Outlines
The aim of this module is to provide the learner with further knowledge of the issues associated with the use of coaching in a number of different professional contexts e.g. organisations, businesses, education and community. The module will focus on the complexities of contracting in organisations, the challenges of internal coaching, systems thinking, supervision and results from case studies/research.
The beginning of each day will allow time for connecting with each other and then there will be time for reflection at the end of each day. The days will be a mixture of knowledge inputs and practical activities.
Session 1 – Coaching from a systems perspective
Session 2 – The Complexity of the Coaching Contract
Session 3 – The Role of the Internal Coach
Session 4 – Coaching Supervision
Session 5 – Coaching in Different Contexts e.g. educational, community, environments etc.
